IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak offer a five-year integrated course in MBA for undergraduate students.
IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu, and IIM Bodh Gaya have also introduced IPM degree courses for students after Class 12. The Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM), is a unique program that aims to meet the aspirations of young students to become management professionals. Admission to this program is done through an entrance exam followed by Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
IPMAT Eligibility Criteria
60 percent aggregate at Secondary/Class 10 equivalent and Higher Secondary/Class 12 equivalent for General candidates. For NC-OBC candidates the minimum aggregate required is 55 percent. Candidates in Class 12 are also eligible to apply for IPMAT. The candidate must not be above the age of 20 years as of July for the examination year.
IPMAT Selection Process
The selection of candidates for IIM Indore’s five-year integrated course is done in three phases.
· Phase 1: IPMAT exam held in April/May
· Phase 2: Shortlisting of candidates for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI)
· Phase 3: Final selection of candidates based on performance in IPMAT, WAT, and PI
